From 2-3pm Lonely Planet Pathfinder Dan James from danflyingsolo.com will be leading a photography walk through the Peak District for those looking to improve their skills – all abilities welcome. The event is free but limited to 25 people (over 18s only) on a first come, first served basis. The walk may involve some rough terrain. Please meet at our stand at 1.45pm (the route is circular and will end back at the visitor centre).

Eyam Edge and Dark Peak Moors

A National Trust Event

Enjoy far reaching views across the Peak District with this walk across the top of the moors.

Climb out of the village of Eyam and onto the moors taking in stunning views across the Dark Peak and south over remote dales. This 6.75 mile walk will take you along moorland paths, rough and field paths and includes a steep ascent at the start.
